Located in the heart of Ellenville is our world-class theater, Shadowland Stages. Their mission is to offer the residents of the region, and visitors to the area, the full range of professional theatre and performing arts educational opportunities at an affordable price. In fulfilling this mission, they strive to produce a mixture of classic, contemporary, and new plays. Their focus remains on producing thought-provoking, socially relevant works with a vision that will entertain, educate, and challenge their audiences. In addition to plays, the theater also has ‘movie nights,’ where they screen many favorite and much-loved movie classics.
